To All Officials:

Meetings will be held every Wednesday in June.  Each meeting will last about 2 hours (7pm-9pm).  Answer as many
questions as you possibly can before each session. Please note the team possession, down and distance, penalty,
applicable rule, etc. next to the play situation.

The 2011 Rulebook and Casebook are available on-line using the following links:

Just make sure you have a copy of the new rule changes since many questions focus on the changes. In early June,
the 2011 CFO Pre-season Football Test (100 Questions) was posted on
https://cfo.arbitersports.com/. If you do not
have access to Arbiter Sports, you can use the following link to view a PDF version:

those who attended in previous years found them interactive and very helpful for the clinic test and the upcoming
season. OFFICIALS FROM ALL ASSOCIATIONS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.   Please pass this information along to
others.
