The TBFOC is seeking interested football officials to work semi-pro football games in the
following geographical areas:
- Baltimore, MD (3 teams),
- Washington, DC (~5 teams),
- Richmond, VA (2 team),
- Hampton/Norfolk (3 teams), and
- Rocky Mount, NC (1 team).
The season runs from July through October with most games scheduled on Saturday
afternoon or evening and some Sundays.The game fee is $100. All games will use six or
seven man mechanics. Games have four 15 minute quarters. You will receive additional
information on the playing rules closer to the start of the season. You are required to
wear a full uniform (white knickers, striped shirt (with or with out placard), polished shoes,
and the normal accessories (whistles, beanbags, down indicators, flags, and hat)).
This is an excellent way to prepare for the upcoming season, be it high school or college.

clinic@tbfoc.org. Once we obtain responses, you'll receive further information on dates,
assignments, and the Arbiter.
We anticipate making assignments electronically using the Arbiter. There will be a one-
time fee of $30 to cover our administrative costs. If you attended the 2009 TBFOC,
this fee is WAIVED. If you did not attend the 2009 TBFOC and are interested in
receiving assignments, you can submit the $30 administrative fee online (by selecting the
PayPal button below) or send your $30 check or money order to:
