Directions and Commute Information
Please refer to each school's website for the best route to get to the school.
For those assigned to the scrimmage at Bowie State, you will be provided directions to Bowie State from
Morgan State at the clinic along with parking information. Also, these directions are accessible here.
Parking Information
On Friday, parking is allowed in Morgan State's Parking Garage or at a parking meter which is
monitored until 10p. A map to the parking garage is available here. Parking is free on both days. On
Friday, once you park and register, you will be provided a voucher that you need to present when you
leave for the day. On Saturday, a parking attendant will be on hand.
On level 3 of the parking garage, there's a crosswalk to the Student Center. Following the crosswalk will
lead you directly to registration.
Registration Information
Registration is on the 2nd Floor of the Morgan State Student Center. Registration will start at 11am on
Friday, March 16th. The Clinic will start at 1130am, sharp. A map of the parking garage and student is
available here.
Lodging / Hotel Accommodations
The BWI Courtyard Marriott has been chosen as our host hotel. The hotel is located at 1671 West
Nursery Road, Linthicum, MD 21090 (410.859.8855 phone). Rooms are reserved under the name of
the "Tom Beard Football Officials Clinic" at a rate of $89 per night. The cutoff date to make your
reservation is February 24, 2012.

Meals
During the day on Friday, snacks and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. On Friday evening, there
will be a cookout and a fish fry. On Saturday, there will be snacks at Morgan. For those of you staying
at the BWI Courtyard Marriott, you will be provided a meal voucher. Lunch on Saturday will be provided
after the scrimmage. All of these meals are a part of your registration.
