RULING:

By rule not re viewable. The purpose of this play is to highlight how easy it is
to let a carry over foul get away from us, especially when the try is
complicated by penalties, a re-try, injury etc. Hopefully the replay official
would buzz down before the kick, but it is not their responsibility to do so.
Some crews designate one specific official responsible for this enforcement,
using a rubber band or some other method to remind himself to enforce the
foul.
