RULING:

Because A92 juggled the ball, he cannot be given the forward progress in the
end zone. The catch is completed at the b2, but the ball was not declared
dead. Legal play, and touchdown for B. Try from the 3 with the play clock at
25.

Just to add another little twist to this, what would be the ruling if the flank
official signaled touchdown for A92? I think that the play would be reviewable
because it involved a scoring play. The ruling would be overturned. The
touchdown signal would be treated like an inadvertent whistle. Because the
ball was not in player possession when the official made the “inadvertent
signal”, A would have to replay the down, 3rd and 3 on b13. Clock would start
on the ready because of the inadvertent whistle, and the play clock would be
set to 25.
