RULING:

According to 10-1-5, the dead ball personal foul by B34 and the
unsportsmanlike foul by A82 should offset since they both occurred in the
dead ball period prior to any of the fouls being completed. Either or both
players are still subject to being ejected. The only foul that should be
enforced is the Illegal Forward Pass by A11. Five yards and LOD at the spot
of the foul.  A ball, 4 & 16 @ A 43
