RULING:
Touchback. B 1st & 10 at the B 20. The bat of the fumble in flight does not change the impetus (8-7-2-b-1). The bat is legal since the ball is batted backwards (9-4-1-c). Therefore, by rule, the impetus imparted by A 32's fumbling the ball (8-7-2-a) is considered to be the force which carries the ball through the end zone, thus a touchback for B (8-6-1-a).
