RULING:

The clipping by B68 occurred before the change of possession and will be
enforced from the end of A32’s run, the b38. Enforce 15 yards with an
automatic first down, making it 1st and 10 for A from the b23. Clock starts on
the ready because of the new rule change (3-2-5), and the play clock is set
to 25.
