RULING:
There are two fouls on the play. Illegal motion on A33 will be declined.
Illegal forward pass will be penalized 5 yards from the spot of the foul
with a loss of down. It will be 4th and 13 from the b19. Clock starts on the
ready, and the play clock is set to 25.
