RULING:
A55 is guilty of four fouls. First, he was an ineligible downfield because
he was more than 3 yards downfield. Second, when B33 contacted A55, that
was offensive pass interference. When A55 caught the ball, that was illegal
touching because he was still ineligible to touch the pass. Finally, he is
guilty of USL. The ineligible downfield and illegal touching fouls will be
declined. Enforce pass interference 15 yards from the previous spot, making
it 3rd and 23 on the a47. Then enforce 15 yards for the USL, making it 3rd
and 38 from the a32. Clock starts on the snap due to the apparent
touchdown, and the play clock is set to 25.
