Once B51 left the end zone, the momentum exception no longer applied.
When A66 muffed the ball, the status of the ball was still a fumble, so the
fumble was the impetus that put the ball in the end zone. A fumble that is
simultaneously recovered belongs to the team that fumbled the ball, so B has
possession of the ball in its own end zone resulting in a safety. The low block
will be declined, as the same result will occur. B will kick off from the 20, the
clock will start when the ball is legally touched or advanced into the field of
play, and the play clock will be set to 25.
