Third-and-Five on B8.  With 0:05 remaining in the game Team A trails
16-8.  Back A22 runs near the sideline and dives from the B1 over the goal
line.  The Head Linesman rules a touchdown (0:00).  The ball is loose in the
end zone and B43 recovers the ball.  The Umpire comes over and says the
ball was loose prior to A22 crossing the goal line.  The Replay Assistant
initiates a review of the play and it is also determined that A22 had
stepped on the sideline at the B3 (0:02) prior to the fumble.
