RULING:
There are two fouls on the play, one live and one dead, so both could be
enforced. B will accept the penalty for OPI, so penalize 15 yards from the
previous spot, taking it to the b29. Then enforce the dead ball, personal
foul on B49, which would take the ball ½ the distance to the goal and give A
an automatic first down. 1st and 10 for A at the b14 ½. Clock starts on the
ready; play clock set to 25 due to the penalty. Possible ejection for B49.
