The TBFOC gives me a head start on the upcoming season. If I were running a 100 meter dash I
feel I have a 10 meter head start on my peers as a result of the TBFOC. The camp provides
excellent feedback, on the job training, great mentors, and an overall pleasant environment to
improve as an official. I would highly recommend the TBFOC for the new official as well as the
veteran official who wants to take his or her game to higher ground.
